Each glass jar contains 250g of bath salt, and comes with a reusable muslin bag as well as a wooden scoop 

Up to 4 baths, or 6 foot soaks 

Instructions: 

For an aromatic and relaxing bath soak, add 4-6 scoops into the tub under warm running water. Gently stir in the mix before soaking for approximately 15-20 mins. For easier clean up, simply fill the muslin bag with bath salts, tie it to the faucet and allow it to seep in your bathwater. 

To enjoy a foot soak, add 2-3 scoop of salts.
