What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, please consider carefully when ordering as we do not provide a refund or replacement for change of mind. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please fill in our contact form immediately quoting your order number, name, contact details along with a description of the problem. Please also keep the original packaging as we may need photographs to provide to the shipping carrier. We will do our best to provide a solution that would best suit your needs. Thank you!
Can I cancel my order?
Our products are handmade to order. Savan Baths does not stock shelves with inventory. We are a made-to-order basis. Sometimes we can get your order out the same day, other times it may take up to 3 working days. Due to this, we only allow full refunds/cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. We will cancel your order, however there will be a 20% order fee in case we have already started your order. Thanks for understanding!
